We walked in 22 degree weather to get there and the boys who were working closed the dining room early so we had to walk through to the drive-thru for food. It was 9:30pm and they closed the place. Then when we got a drink, it was all ice with very little root beer. They didn’t even give us napkins.

The food is good but there’s no lock on the bathroom door & no stall door!!! Inside was messy, food was everywhere on floor & tables — no one cleaning up the dining area.

This is your typical Arby’s restaurant. The décor is old style and the service is average speed for an Arby’s. This is second Arby’s location in Amarillo for me and I would defiantly choose to stop here instead of the east side location on my trips through town on I-40. We were the first customers of the day on a Sunday morning, and there was one poor guy having to do all the work. He took our order, dropped our fries and potato cakes, and then had to go and make our sandwiches. I will give him an «A» for effort, but this made the service kind of slow. All our food was fresh and tasted like it should. We were off and back on the highway in about 12 minutes.
