After terrible experiences at the other local AT&T locations, I came to this store for my next phone purchase. The reps were super helpful (especially Eduardo and Perry) and helped solve our issues with no problem. At this point, this is the only Amarillo location I will do business with from now on. Great experience from these guys, especially after such an awful time with the other stores.

In a attempt to curb my lack of enthusiasm for their service AT&T sent me a private message. Instead of finding a solution, they emailed me the terms and conditions, assuming that I did not understand them. After informing them I did in fact understand them, I waited patiently for a response. No response has been tendered at this time.
