Worse customer service ever! This is the 2nd time I have been to this location. The first time, I ended up walking out after waiting for an extended time. Today, we needed a quick service so came to this location 5 minutes after they opened thinking they wouldn’t be busy. We have been here for 40 minutes. The one employee they have working has been helping the same customer the entire time. We haven’t been acknowledged in any way. I wouldn’t expect him to stop helping them, but a «be with you guys in a bit» would be nice! 3 groups have come in after us — 2 have left. I’d leave too if we weren’t next in line! Come on AT&T, I pay a HUGE amount every month for all of our services, I know you could get more than 1 employee working!

Best store I’ve been in. The store on Georgia st was genuine and wanted to help me. They explained everything to me and made sure I could operate my device. I reccomend everyone to this location over the others in town. A++
