The girls that run the BMW service department are absolutely on point! They are professional and friendly. My services are always scheduled when it is convenient for me. The work is done in a timely matter and done right the first time. Plus my car is washed and vacuumed! Now that’s how to take care of customers!

Absolutely incredible service. I was on a road trip from Virginia to California and my water pump was failing. The car was overheating on the highway while driving from OKC to Colorado. It was a Saturday afternoon around 1pm. Autoplex service had the part in stock and was able to get me on the road in two hours. Not only was the car great afterwards, but I received calls from Amarillo to make sure the car was running smoothly. Amazing!

Very pet friendly BMW dealer!!!
While traveling from NJ to AZ we had an issue with our BMW. We were treated like long lost visiting guests in their home. Got the car right in, took care of the problem, explained what they did and got us back on the road. All repairs were done under warranty with absolutely no hassle and they even did some minor computer updates that the vehicle required.
It is a small dealership that is very professionally run and very efficient. The place is clean and organized. They have a nice selection of cars. I spoke some with Scott (sales) and he was very knowledgable and sincere.
I feel comfortable recommending this dealer from a sales and service perspective.
