Honesty is a rare thing anymore. I have purchased another device from them and not once have they ever held up to their end of the deal when a device is not working properly. I purchased my iPhone 6 from them and purchased their replacement policy. I asked multiple times and multiple people if I cracked the screen would they replace it. I was told each time most definitely. Now My screen is cracked and they will do nothing. No matter the deal they give I will no longer use best buy for any of my purchases. This was not the first instance as I used geek squad with my computer and they found a way to get out of helping me there as well. I would go elsewhere and pay extra to not deal with best buy again.

Best But is always my go to store when it comes to tech. This Best Buy store is one of my favorites. The service could be a little better and the Geek Squad has a line pretty much all the time but besides that everything else is pretty well kept. They have what I need in stock(most of the time) and have price match like all other best buys so the prices are always great. I love their mobile department. I purchase all my phones from here rather than AT&T just because they have a better choice in accessories and are quick, easy to, and friendly while they are getting your new phone set up.

Worst place to shop. The only managers are horrible and stupid on their products. The associates usually are not knowledgeable on their product. It’s just a mess of a business.

Best Buy in Amarillo, Tx SUCKS! Internet ordering here i come. i ordered a camera and wanted to ship it to my house, but i guess since it was in stock at the store we had to pick it up. not given another option. i wanted it shipped to the house because i can’t walk the stores yet. everything else shipped to the house, but the camera. the email says to bring a valid ID, the cc we used, and the email order page with the order number on it. my hubby goes to pick it up and they don’t want his valid id they want mine. says nothing about me coming to get it personally, just to have a valid ID. JERKS! i just had knee replacement surgery and will not be able to walk the store like that to get it. Best Buy will only hold it for two days. i guess i will go crawl in there or scoot on my butt over to get it. no wonder best buy teeters on going out of business. and for years i heard best buy sucks and now i have my own experience to know that it does for sure. i will never go to the best buy in amarillo tx again. and they lost my internet business too. you can’t talk to anyone there reasonably because the manager just keeps repeating the same thing over and over again. they will get no cooperation out of me and no business from me again!!!

This Best Buy is fairly well stocked. I bought an open item, but I exchanged it the next day because I found out they were running a deep sale on the next unit up in specs. They did not have these sale prices shown in the store or I would have purchased the other originally. When I returned it, I had to wait forever for a Geek to come and check it out. The exchange took about 20 minutes because of this.

Very nice, very large Best Buy. I really appreciate the wide aisles… I could do without them asking me every 30 seconds if they could help… I do understand that is their job though. We were traveling and it was my sons birthday… Stopped by here to get a camera to record our roadtrip. Told kid… dont expect another present for a long time. It was a Nikon… he loves that camera… of course now I opened a can of worms. he wants that telescopic lense now LOL
