They’ve got a horrible reputation.
I’ve been told by several different attorneys that Big State attempts to cheat customers on a regular basis. Apparently they have a scam where they come give a free «estimate» and then ask you to sign the estimate before they leave.
The problem is that the «estimate» is actually a contract and you just agreed to pay them to remodel your house! If you refuse to pay them for services you never wanted, they promptly sue you!
Don’t trust Big State Remodeling.
