Adolfo really helped us out. After driving over an hour to get our furniture, we arrived 30 minutes after their warehouse had closed. His team was willing to reopen and get our stuff loaded on our truck! I’m thrilled that I get to chill on my new sofa tonight! Thanks guys!

A few years ago I bought a couch and bedroom set here for about $ 2,200. It was exactly what I wanted and for the most part has been good. One of the posts on the bed is very wobbly and needs to be fixed. I’ve had that issue for 2 years now. But overall quality is good.
The service here was amazing. I went to Ashley furniture first and got hounded by the saleswoman there. So I took my money to Bob Mills. The lady there was very nice and didn’t get in my way or just try to make a large sale.

Stopped by this store for the first time looking for a few pieces for my office and home. The furniture itself looked very nice, but I never got a chance to sit on any of the sofas I liked and test them thanks to the vulture of a salesman. He followed me around the store even though I told him I was just browsing and continually asked if I had questions about anything. If you’ve ever shopped for furniture, you know that’s one of the most annoying things a salesperson can do. After about five minutes of his hounding I’d had all I could take and left the store.
There was a couch I was very interested in, but will be looking for it elsewhere where there’s no pressure for a sale.

You get what you pay for! Leather chair from Bob Mills – color rubbed off! Couch falling apart after only a few years! Our Thomasville furniture bought somewhere else is quality stuff.
