We are on the road trip from Vegas to Orlando in a Dodge car. We talk in Amarillo, to grab lunch. We notice we had a slow leak in our rear tire and took it to Firestone. The person who helped us was extremely rude, and offered no help at all, and when we asked how long the wait was, he rudely said«sometime over an hour». He truly showed no customer service or care at all, so we went literally one block down the street to peerless tires. They helped us no problem and we were out the door in 20 minutes.

Scheduled an early morning appointment here a week in advance. When we arrived at seven a.m. the manager had several customers waiting and no staff — none of the mechanics had shown up. I recall waiting forty-five minutes before anybody showed up. The manager then had walk-in customer’s cars addressed before my appointment — even though I’d called a week before and asked for the earliest possible appointment, seven a.m. Probably wound up waiting at least an hour longer than necessary, not a big deal but I felt the delay could’ve been avoided.
