I’m so thankful for the love and support of Heaven’s Rainbow Bridge. Cheryl is AMAZING!!! My BeBe girl passed away suddenly and Cheryl was so kind and understanding. She treated me like I was a dear friend. She was so understanding and sympathetic to my pain over the loss of my BeBe. I have recommend Heaven’s Rainbow Bridge to everyone I have talked to about my experience with my precious BeBe.

I cannot say enough how impressed we were with this place and the importance of what they do. We had the privilege of being with our sweet John Wayne for over 11 years and losing him was one of the most saddening experience of our lives. He was our child. When we got the beautiful box with the poem, his ashes in a lovely velvet, embroidered bag and his paw print, we were overwhelmed with gratitude. It takes very special, compassionate people to understand this kind of grief and I will forever be grateful for them for knowing exactly how to bring comfort in a time of terrible sadness. I had been so upset with myself earlier on the day we picked up the box when I realized that I didn’t get his paw print before he crossed the bridge. I had planned to do that myself when I knew his passing was near and in all the chaos, it just slipped my mind. When we opened that box and saw our sweet John Wayne’s paw print, I just lost it. Tears of relief and appreciation flooded me. I can’t even put into words how much this helped us begin to heal. Having that paw print and his ashes makes us feel like he is still here with us and that is priceless. I would recommend this place to any and everyone who unfortunately loses their beloved animal.

I can’t say enough good things about Heaven’s Rainbow Bridge. Unfortunately I’ve had to use their services twice in the past few months and they’ve made both difficult times as easy as possible with kindness and compassion.
