Samuels Diamonds

I went looking around for a ring for a long time and decided on Samuels as my final choice. My girlfriend is stunned because the ring is very beautiful, thanks to the help of Lydia and Edward. Thank you guys.

I live out of state now, and my diamond fell out of my engagement ring so I was hysterical and had no idea what to do because it is no longer under warranty. I called Samuels yesterday and had the pleasure of speaking to Edward, who I later found out is the current store manager. Edward went above and beyond to discuss my best options for my ring, and was also very sensitive and understanding towards my dilemma. Additionally, he was honest about what I needed to do in order to ensure that both my engagement and wedding rings were properly taken care of.
