Starz Gymnastics

We recently attended a birthday party at Starz & the service was the worst, ever. The girl at the front desk was extremely rude & apparently on some kind of power trip about the paperwork. She said I needed to write «illegibly» so she could read it. She then whited out what I had written & had my husband re-​write it. The form requires your address 3 times, which is a little ridiculous, but either way my handwriting was fine until she corrected me…
The party was scheduled from 4 – 5:30p. At 5:26pm, the staff announced that they were closing & that everyone needed to leave. The parents of the birthday boy were gathering his gifts & trying to clean up after themselves & they turned the lights off at 5:36pm. Completely rude & out of line. When I asked if we needed to clean up the mess, one of the employees stated «we will clean it, ya’ll just need to go»
We will NEVER have a birthday party or anything else here because of the way we were treated at this party. No one else at the party will ever go there again, I am 100% sure. I hope the owners of this facility will get their employees in check. Teenage girls should not be allowed to «run» a business without any supervision whatsoever by an adult.

The girl behind the desk was VERY rude! I told her that I read online that parents and babysitters were free. She informed me that since the kids were my nieces and nephew that I was not babysitting?!? I asked if I could speak to management and she informed me that she was the only one there and that she could write my name down. I informed her that I would be writing a review and then she said «This time, she would let my husband in for free and that’s how she does it. She doesn’t know about anyone else!» She was very unprofessional and the facility was dirty! Last time we will be visiting this place!
