We were regular customers, despite the high prices because we loved having the selection of Patagonia. That was until we tried to take back boots that were a gift for my wife and didn’t fit her. They were extremely rude to my wife when she attempted to return the boots in perfect condition only a week after Christmas. But because the boots had been purchased and wrapped 4 weeks before Christmas, they were over their 30 day policy. That would have been fine. But, the nature of the staff who spoke with my wife was brash, condescending and outright offensive. He made her feel like she was in desperate need and a poor person for even attempting. Completely undignified.
Pretentious and over-​priced! Go to Hill’s Sport Shop where if you need to return a Christmas item, you won’t be treated hatefully. Customer service is absolutely awful.
Disappointing. I love patagonia products. Luckily, Hill’s Sport Shop now carries Patagonia.
