I wish I could give less than one star because I’ve never been more upset after having gone to an establishment. I went in with a full set of acrylic nails that I needed to get soaked off. I stated that when I walked in and they agreed to do that. They then told me to pick out what color I wanted for my manicure after. As I was being seated the woman looked at the colors I had and just said«You have too many colors.» without actually asking me what I wanted done. Then she sat down with some cuticle cutters and fake nails. She clipped and broke off the bottom corner of my acrylic nails and began to try and peel them off with a fake nail tip. This is all after NEVER having my nails soaked in acetone as I asked when I first entered. She was struggling at one point with one of my nails and handed me the cuticle cutters and said«here, you do it.» I just looked at her baffled because I had never gone to school to do nails. That’s why I pay other people to do them for me. She did eventually finish and when I looked down at my nails, two of them were bleeding and the tips had been torn apart. She started filing them but left me with 3 hang nails. Then when she started to paint them it was like she wasn’t even paying attention. She left part of my nails unpainted, left bubbles in the paint, and left it very obvious that she didn’t file down my nails and painted over an uneven surface. I will never give this place my business again, nor will I recommend it to anyone that I actually like.

Absolutely horrible experience. Went to visit family for graduation this past weekend. I had gel nails that needed to be removed and then wanted a regular mani and pedi. No cotton balls and foil here to take it off. I literally soaked in acetone for… Wait for it 40 minutes. And then they asked me to scrape it off with my own nails. Then they tried to scrape it off with THEIRNAILS! By now I’m not thrilled. No offer of water, etc. Pedi was bearable but only because my nail service was a nightmare. They then move me over to the manicure table with another tech and she tells me «soak longer!!!» I refused. She then asked me(like the last tech) to take it off with my own nails. I had it. I said you have tools to do this very thing. Why aren’t you using it? She huffed and proceeded to open the bag. Ugh. To end the story… She never got the gel off bc she didn’t want to do the work. And then just painted over my nails. Uneven filed. My 8 year old daughter could have done far better. As I am sitting in the chair another lady walks in. And they proceed to hand her a line of cotton soaked in acetone and instructed her to take her own nail polish off! Stay away. No apologies. No discount. Just rude and self righteous.

Absolutely loved this nail salon! I’m from California, so I’m definitely used to cheaper prices, but my acrylics were definitely worth the money. Staff was very nice and they made sure the nails were straight and at my desired length!

Was extremely pleased and so was my friend who went with me today for mani and pedi. The shop is very clean… they use disposable liners for the pedi bowls and that I’ve not seen anywhere else. Being diabetic am very particular about how well my feet are treated! Kathy did a terrific job. Both of us decided that we’ll be repeat customers and word of mouth advertisers for this great shop! Our nails looked great and we both felt great when we left… the way customers should feel when they’re properly taken care of!

Just moved to Amarillo and needed to find a place to get my nails done. Found this nail salon on Unilocal and decided to give it a try. My nails look great! Thank you to the gentlemen, Thai, who took great care of me! I’ll be back for sure!

Hands down the best nail salon in Amarillo. They are super friendly, they love their customers and they are wonderful in service. I always ask for Nancy, she’s precious and remembers all her customers. Her manicures last and last. She makes beautiful nail art and will try new things from photos. No one has mentioned the waxing they do but it always looks great when I leave!

I have never been in a salon that made me feel as if the sooner they got done the more they made. The only reason I have two stats is they have the nice massaging chairs. My nails where not even Even when she was finished with my pedicure had to point it out to her. There has to be better options on Amarillo.

I love this place. Been going there for over 2 years. My favorite is Nancy. She gives a hellacious massage. Kai is great for nail art; as is Nancy and Mae. Did I mention the free(2 drinks is the limit) margaritas? And then there’s the also water, Dr Pepper, and Coke! They spoil me there…

This place was recommended by Lisa at Vuja De when she cut my hair. I’m not from Amarillo, so needed advice. I asked for Anita — also recommended by Lisa — but from what I saw while there, anyone would be great! Anita offered me something to drink right off, and got my feet soaking in hot water. They offer manicures and pedicures, with a range of packages from the basics, to a deluxe treatment that includes the basic pedicure, callous removal, warm stone massage, hot towel wraps, paraffin wax treatment on your feet, and nail polish. It was awesome! They even invited my standard poodle inside so he wouldn’t get overheated in the car! I’d give this place 10 stars if I could!
