Ran by completely incompetent people, especially Daniel, who has no care for customers and is rude. Avoid at all costs.

I would give this place zero stars if I had that option. When I returned a truck the lady at the counter was so eager to smoke a cigarette she lost all patience. She yelled at me at top of her lungs in front of all the clientele telling me I need to refold the furniture blankets so that she wouldn’t have to. That must have been ok since I’m Hispanic. She made a great scene and got a lot of pleasure from it. I would have reported the issue but knowing the culture in Amarillo, it would get nowhere. The best I can do is write a review here and help you before you make the same mistake I did.

Not going to rent here again if I can help
It. When we came to reserve a trailer they told us they take Amex, then we were to pick it up somewhere else after 10am. We had wanted to leave early. The place we went to didn’t know much about U haul. Then they didn’t take Amex. They said the person who brought it in said there was something wrong with the straps. They couldn’t help us get the car hitched. We had to pull the trailer back to Uhaul to get help.
The Uhaul people then informed us they can’t help us unless we pay extra. Why didn’t they tell us that before? So here we are trying to hitch a car to our truck, getting our clothes all filthy. Had we know we could have prepared. Aggravation
