Was talked into Gyro. Glad I was, I loved it. Will definitely go back when I’m in town. I’m already craving another.

Only place in this town to find a good gyro. Actually the best gyro I’ve had, and I’ve been to quite a few gyro/greek joints. Nice family operated business with a quaint ambiance. Every time I come into town I make sure to visit this delicious restaurant. It’s sad to see such bad reviews for this place. Especially about pricing, $ 10 for a gyro plate is a steal, especially considering how authentic and delicious they truly are. If you’re not willing to pay the price for good food there’s a McDonald’s right down the road that I’m sure will gladly fit your budget. Vince’s you’re truly a hidden gem.

Such an Amarillo favorite. I wonder if the times aren’t catching up with them though. Food is still ok but 29 $ for 2 Gyro plates seems like inflation has caught this great old place in a trap of to unaffordable for what ya get. The atmosphere hasn’t been cleaned or updated since 1989 either. I really don’t want this old girl to go, but she’s gotta start taking better care of herself.

Had the gyros. They were the best I’ve ever had! Beautifully cooked. I will definitely return!!!

The older couple who seem to manage this restaurant need to get their sh*t together. We ordered our food and waited almost 20 min to be served all while there was only one other table seated. The came to bring our drinks and had to ask what it was that we ordered because they had lost track of our order. They spent most of the twenty minutes we waited chatting with a delivery guy instead of tending to their customers. I don’t think we will return.

Decided to try this pizza joint on a whim tonight when kiddo told me that she wanted pizza for dinner. Given the option, I’d like to support small Mom & Pop places rather than the big chain pizza slingers. The lady that answered the phone was, honestly, pretty rude when I called my pick-up order in. Rude to the point that I considered canceling the order, but I decided to forge ahead. As to the pizza — completely unremarkable and overpriced. BTW — the joint was completely empty at 7:15 on a Wednesday night. One bright spot of the Vince’s experience was that the guy running the joint gave me a free sample of the gyro meat when I expressed my surprise that they served gyros and baklava in addition to the pizzas. Admittedly, the meat was greasy and had been sitting out for a while but, hey… it’s the thought that counts, right?

I wish I could give less than 1 star. The pizza was ok but they are very shady with delivery. They told me it was a 3 dollar charge for the driver but when when she got to my house it was 5 dollars more than I expected. The driver gave me a ticket with the number 24.90 written on it with no explanation of tax or anything. I ordered a 16 inch half mushroom, half cheese pizza. When I called to ask why it was more than was quoted they said they charged 2.00 for the extra topping. I said I only had one topping and she said no you had cheese and mushrooms. I didn’t have extra cheese but she said she could have given me the pizza without cheese so it counts as a topping. It is amazing how people will try to nickel and dime you. Don’t order delivery from here. It’s not worth it.

Growing up in Chicago makes me a real Chicago girl when comparing American Italian places to eat. Nothing usually can beat the places I love in Chicago — That is until I got to Vince’s! Not only does he have a nice selection of main courses but he has AWESOME ~BAKLAVA! Gyros are so fresh tasty and out of this world! Greek Salad yum ! He does a very off the cuff cool Calzone that is extremely tasty ! LOVE them they are huge almost as huge as his giant pizzas~ Prices are perfect! Growing up loving family run places I was in my glory. We eat here every time I am in Amarillo ! See you soon Vince !

Awesome place, Vince is ridiculously cool! Very good at remembering regulars and making you feel welcome. The gyros and pizza are great, and the wait is never crazy long. Always love seeing how jammed it can get on a Friday night! Love it here.
