Was very lucky to have a chance to try these delicious treats. They were still amazing the next day. My daughter declared them «the best in the whole world, most delicious yummy, mmmmhhhh «. She is only three, but knows a good thing when she tastes it. Just the right kind of sweet. Big fan.

After discovering that the owner of Marcella’s and Holtman’s were sisters, I made it my mission to get my doughnut on at Marcella’s. So. Freaking. Delicious. I’m typically a lover of yeast doughnuts, but the cake doughnuts at Marcella’s are incredible. The outside is perfectly crispy while the inside is moist and fluffy. It’s a texture that honestly made me moan out of total satisfaction. I would have never thought that a simple blueberry cake doughnut could be so naughty.
The downside to this place is that none of the flavors were labeled. I’m sure this is as aggravating to the employees as it is the customers.
Still worth it. And so was the 5lbs I gained.

Great little donut shop! I’m from Chicago and just moved here and decided to visit the shop. Good display! Went on a Saturday morning. Customers were in front of me, so that was a good sign. Got a ½ dozen donuts. Staff was extremely friendly. I had a Boston Crème donut and it was delicious! I definitely recommend this cute lil donut shop!

AMAZING! I come in pretty late and there’s not a ton to select from but I’ve probably had 10 different ones so far. So so good!

Went to the satellite shop on clough pike. Had a coupon to buy a dozen, get 3 free. Gentleman behind the counter only gave us 13 donuts total. Hmmm…12 + 3 still equals 15 doesn’t it? Donuts were certainly good, but $ 13.40 good? Not so sure. Donuts reminded me of Holtmann Donuts. That’s where I usually go. And where I will return to. A drive to Milford won’t cost me the additional 3 bucks they charge at Marcella’s. But if you don’t want to drive to Milford, Marcellas is certainly better quality than Dunkin, store bought, or even Boesken. If you don’t mind the price. The two stars is due to the fact that we didn’t get the coupon value I turned in and the price…$ 13.40 is kinda high in my opinion.

The doughnuts were creative and beautiful to look at and ask their names, but when you bite into them… Wow! They were more fresh and wonderful than most doughnuts that I’ve ever had! The great thing is that they were equally great the day after we brought them home, because we got way too many because the selection was just too vast! It’s so wonderful to see a small business open up with a product that completely exceeds expectations and doesn’t break the bank!

I would normally give this place 5-​stars because they’ve always been my favorite doughnut place. Their doughnuts are the biggest, prettiest & always taste fresh. Today I got half dozen & they were just bad :(it really bummed me out because I usually love this place!
They tasted stale, hard & not even sweet, just weird. almost like someone forgot to add the sugar to the dough. The chocolate frosting didn’t even have a chocolate taste, what? I had to throw them away.
I really hope this was a one time mishap because they’re usually really good. I hope no first-​timers came in today because they probably won’t come back. I would be willing to try them again another time though.

De-​lish-​ous!!! I love this bakery. The donuts are so fresh, plus if you get there early, you can see the steam from the hot donuts fog up the case. Plus, you can get cakes, breads and other tasty treats. My kids ride their bikes to this donut shop in the summer for 50 cent cupcakes.

Great doughnut shop, staff was great actually cut up a doughnut so we could sample it before taking them home!
