Worst work ethic ever. They don’t keep appointments, full of excuses, just don’t even show up and don’t seem to care about the customers time at all. They will take payment and not even care about services that are already paid for but not delivered. Communications consist of problems with the families of the staff. Nothing to do with service paid for and not delivered. Avoid at all cost unless you enjoy the run around policy they freely extend. Do not recommend.

I was immensely disappointed in my visit to this place today. I have previously bought garden statues here, but on my latest visit, I got the runaround from an employee in a 49er’s hat, who couldn’t find a price for an unmarked item, called his boss twice, checked some catalogs, conferred with a fellow employee, then told me $ 48. When I took out my cash, he reneged, saying he should look in a 2014 catalog, at which point I walked out. A true moron.

I bought a very nice concrete bench here. I brought it back to be repaired and stained. It took a month for them to tell me they were unable to reapply the stain. When I came to pick it up it was no where to be found. I’ve yet to get a call from the owner and this was 6 months ago. I have over $ 1k worth of their products in my yard now and expected more.

Great stuff and great service. If you haven’t been for a long while, it’s worth checking them out. It’s not all Asian now. It’s a good mix of modern, classic, fun and elegant. I bought a beautiful fountain(at a fair price) and they installed exactly as promised with no fuss. I will be going back and would recommend them without hesitation.

I’ve lived in Vallejo for 2 decades and had never had the opportunity to stop in. That changed today when my wife asked me to pick up a bench she had purchased for a school fundraiser. Wow… I was impressed. HUGE selection of really nice pieces, set in a great outdoor«showroom.» To boot, the owner helped out the school with a discount on the bench. Top notch place and we will be back. A true hidden gem in American Canyon.

Great little family run business. Raimbow was helpful and excited to make the sale. Highly recommended!

This place is going to be my first stop when I someday buy my dream house. Best selection of large garden fountains and other whimsical surprises abound in every corner! I’ve seen this place many times en route to Napa but stopped in for the first time this past weekend. It’s fun just to walk around but I ended up buying a few small owl statues(uploaded some pics of the selection they had) for my garden, well, because I’m a crazy bird lady! Fabbri’s was a great way to kick off our day in Wine Country. Friendly service and lots o’ fun! The Unilocal 100 Challenge!

I love this place! Huge selection plus custom ordering. Lovely pottery, gorgeous fountains, bird baths and statues. The people here are engaging, friendly and give you time to browse around and discover. I mismeasured and ordered an extra piece. Fabbri Statuary immediately offered to keep the piece and credit my card. I chose to return and select something else, I KNOW I can find something I like.

I’ve been to this place a few times now just to walk through because they have such beautiful stuff. I went today to buy a garden fountain and couldn’t get someone to help us to save my life. Literally, there was NOONE there to help. After a good 20 minutes of waiting to find someone and BUYSOMETHING, this guy(manager) was rude, unprofessional, not helpful ATALL, had some employee issues he didn’t mind airing in public and we left with money in our pockets and no garden fountain. Amazing, I mean how are you a salesperson and let sales walk out like that??? Who owns this place??? When you sell fountains for $ 200 — $ 2,000.00, that’s not chump change. We drove out of our way to go specifically to this place and I was really disappointed in the lack of professionalism of the staff. I actually found the fountain I wanted to leave with and yet when i asked about it and wanted more detail, this guy just wasn’t in the mood to answer any questions or help me with my fountain purchase. Shameful service.

I bought an attractive Spanish-Mexican style three tier fountain with the base last Sunday for a good price– Well, $ 1,200 apprx. is not exactly cheap, however it was money worth spent. The staff certainly is friendly, charismatic and a joy to deal with– They have many, many nice and attractive decorations, especially if you’re going with the Spanish-Mediterranean look. I was related they would deliver the fountain on Thursday, 21 Apr 2011 and actually left work early to make sure I was home. I waited and waited and delivery crew never arrived or even called to notify me they could not make it. I did call and left two nice, but firm messages– do hope my fountain gets delivered today by 3PM. I would have given them 5 stars, other than the No-Show on Thursday. Conclusion: great service, friendly staff, awesome inventory and for $ 1,200 I would have expected to come thru with delivery commitment.

Best selection in the whole region for fountains, pots, pond decorations. The owner is a very easy going, cool guy with lots of patience. I have looked far and wide and this is IT if you want a fountain. Prices are great, people are helpful, selection is outstanding.

This is a small business with alot of charm and a very friendly and helpful staff. Its got a wide range of home and garden décor and the prices are great. Its off the road on the way to or from wine country and is well worth the time to explore. No matter what your budget is I would be willing to bet youll find something you love here. Ive been there several times and have picked up a small fountain and a number of pots. Theres a wide variety(its on quite a big lot with a large selection) with many different items from many different cultures. If your anywhere near this or feel like your curious enough to check it out I really cant recommend it any more, you wont be disappointed.

I had a Silvetsri fountain I bought from these guys and it was working fine until the Beckett pump ran it’s course and I had to find a way to replace it. This thing is heavy and it took 4 guys to deliver it so I didn’t want to mess with it so I called Fabbri to replace the pump. They not only replaced the pump without moving the fountain but they stained the white scale my dark fountain had accumulated over the years. They also shaved down one of the spouts that was a bit higher than the others so water wouldn’t come out of it and it looked uneven. They fixed all that and I didn’t even ask! All my years of dealing with contractors and repairmen, rarely do you get taken aback by such great service. You’re lucky if they do what they said they were going to do. I wish everyone I dealt with was this wonderful. Now I look at my fountain with joy. Not only because it works again but because it reinvigorated my faith in human kind. Thank goodness I don’t have to look at my roof every day-it’s a long and disgusting story and all I will say is that it involved a lot of cursing and urine.

Pottery, Fountains, Garden Decorations… This place has got it all! I bet you totally know this place, too… I’m sure you’ve driven past on your way home from wine tasting in the Napa Valley, cruising at 60 miles per hour southbound on Highway 29 when… There, on your right… a sea of pottery stretched to the horizon. Yup, well that’s Fabbri Statuary. Don’t get me wrong… They got some seriously butt-ugly decorations here… The kind of stuff I imagine might be trendy in your typical Tennessee Hillbilly White Trash front yard. Still, they’ve got their gazing balls, some really cool looking fountains, and some incredible garden pottery in which to put whatever plants you wish. We bought a huge pot here a couple of years ago… Regular price was well over $ 300 but we got it for about $ 95, I believe… We just last weekend bought a smaller, but equally beautiful, pot in which to plant our brand new dwarf Myer Lemon Tree. The staff is friendly and will help you carry the heavy stuff to your car. It’s worth checking this place out if you’re ever looking for stuff to decorate your garden with.
