Always very quick and friendly. I like their drive-thru and they usually have medicines other pharmacies don’t have in stock.

When we dropped off the prescription, they mentioned it would be 5 – 10 minutes. They took over 40 minutes to give us our prescription. We then drove home, and they gave us the completely wrong medicine. Extremely poor service, and they where unapologetic for their mistake that risked the health of my child. I would NEVER go back there again.

I have been going to this pharmacy for over 15 years. I like to support small businesses. In December my family was hit head on by a Subarban going 60mph(the man tested positive for meth), we lost our 18 mo old baby and my husband and I were severely injured. Recently I thought I’d lost an Rx our Trauma Dr had written me. It was too late to call the Dr’s office, we’d just gotten back into town and I’d feared it’d been stolen. I asked the Pharmacist in training if it’s common for prescriptions to get stolen and if it had can it be tracked. When I called the hospital the next morning the receptionist looked it up and that prescription hadn’t been printed by mistake. She put me on hold, and the nurse got on the phone. The pharmacy had called the hospital and the nurse put me on hold again. He got back on the phone and told me they were going to have to do a police investigation and he was going to have to hang up and call the police! I immediately started crying and begged him to just look up the history. Shortly after he realized there had been a mistake and apologized. I don’t know why the man working at the pharmacy turned my question into something it wasn’t. I don’t abuse my prescriptions. Later I went into the Taylor Drug and talked to the pharmacist/manager trying not to cry. He was very rude and unprofessional. I couldn’t hold it together from being treated so poorly so I told him I just wouldn’t come here anymore. He shouted«that’s great», as I walked away in front of several customers. Later the pharmacist called to give me a very rude apology. He blamed his behavior on him being busy and then lied to me and said that I was way off and the only reason they called my Dr was because they questioned how the Rx was written.(I had been filling the exact same prescription for 6 months and they’d never questioned it before.) I told him I’d never been treated so poorly as a customer and that maybe he needs to work on being professional«when he’s busy». I’ve never felt more violated and will never go here again. My entire body was broken and a lot of my organs were lacerated. I walk with a limp and have visual scars all over my body. It was humiliating and very hurtful being treated like a criminal, and I think the people that work here are very bad people who lack compassion for others.

This place is a good place to go for those hard to find prescriptions. Generally we haven’t had any issues with this business and it’s a nice little place with a lot of little homemade type of items for sale. It’s one of those shops that feels like a mom and pop type of pharmacy. The staff is also pretty friendly. One note: If you’re traveling a good distance to pick up any Rx’s you may want to call ahead of time to make sure ALL of the Rx is ready to pick up. Double driving a good distance with these gas prices is a little frustrating.
