We actually enjoy this place. I’m not sure why it’s been rated so poorly. Frozen yogurt with all the toppings is never cheap. I wish. But the variety they have to offer is great, and they keep the condiment area really clean — which I think is important in a place like that. So many hands touching everything. We usually hit this place after a movie.

Not the best service. The workers are very stingy about giving out samples-as if they come out of their salary! If you ask for one prepare to be stared down.

This place is not the worst, I’ve just had better. The yogurt taste more like ice, so really not much flavor there, plus the pricing is more than other places out there. I would go to Yogurtland for the pricing and taste 10 out of 10 times over going to U Swirl. So again, not the worst I’ve had, there’s just better/cheaper.

Delicious, cool environment, fairly good price as long as you get a reasonable amount. Good customer service. Love this place!

Today I came to U-Swirl with a valid coupon from Verizon’s new rewards program. Store manager refused the coupon, even though it is valid. Even had a phone number to call to validate the coupon. I am not pleased that a store manager keeps up on their current advertisings. Will not go back until managers are educated more on how to run and operate their store. Seriously don’t turn customers away if they present a valid coupon.(Store manager even agreed it was valid with dates and location address.) It’s a sign of bad business. It’s sad you lost my business today.

Horrible SERVICE I was trying to pick some yogurt and a second later I have a very unfriendly employee standing behind me with a sample cup and telling me if I needed a sample of anything which SHE poured in the cup. She didn’t smile once and was very uncomfortable to be around. The yogurt was not good at all and their«fresh fruit» looked defrosted and old. I don’t recommend this place and it’s a bit more expensive than the average fro yo place.

U Serve tries to be everything to everyone and flops. There are many yogurt flavors that you self-serve, but the product is icy, or watery with candy-store artificial tones. At the beginning of the line, there is a case of waffle cones with a sign that says«Only at U Swirl — No Charge for Cone.» However, at the register you pay for the cone’s weight — there is a charge for the cone. Several of the flavors were broken or clogged — like lemon. At an average of $ 5.00 per person, this place is way over priced for inferior product.

I really, really, really wanted to like this place, really! But their yogurt is WAAAYYY to ICY to taste good, no creaminess at all. Sorry, but I would go to orange leaf any day for some good yogurt.

One of the biggest selections of frozen yogurt I’ve seen. The flavors really pop! Give it a try! You won’t be sorry.

The décor of this place is modern trendy chic, with bright colors and interestingly-shaped furniture, quite a contrast from the run-down frozen yogurt place across the street. That part is nice. A major inconvenience is the area where you actually serve your frozen yogurt — it’s one long skinny aisle that gets very cramped when more than a couple of people try to use it at the same time. As for the product itself, it’s largely the same as many other fro-yo places — several different kinds of yogurt and sorbet, with dozens of fun toppings, ranging from healthy fruits to any sugary candy you can imagine. I don’t generally love frozen yogurt, so I chose a mango sorbet that I quite enjoyed. The price seemed a little steep — $ 12 for two medium-sized bowls.
