In line still for a simple exchange. Working on 20 min now and my third manager. All because the prices don’t match up. All this for 4 $ difference. Would have paid it if they would let me.

Growing up in Northwest Iowa, I used to walk 2 miles to and from school, in the snow and uphill both ways.
Clothing options in my hometown were also pretty much limited to the Sears and Monkey Ward catalogs and our local JC Penney. And although some of us may run from our childhood experiences, I still regularly show up at any nearby JC Penney for the basics, such as socks and underwear. This store has the advantage of having its own entrance to avoid entering the North Grand Mall and offering some relatively inexpensive Iowa Hawkeye gear (in the middle of Cyclone Country no less). JC Penney is also one of my Mom’s favourite Christmas shopping venues, so at least I can exchange anything anywhere they are across the US of A.
