I’ve been bringing my cars here to have serviced for the past 25 years. Even though I have since moved north, I still make the trip here. This is a family owned business and they have been here for over 3 decades. The last post from John N is totally unjustified. Maybe it was just a bad isolated experience which can happen in any business I suppose. How does an auto service place stay in business for over 30 years if they weren’t honost and reputable.
Joe, the owner is a master at what he does. He was trained in Germany on Mercedes and has all computerized high tech equipment. Insspection machines are connected directly to the state of Massachusette, So if your car fails inspection its because the comouter failed it. So if they recommend work it because that is what is needed for your car to pass.
