In a world where customer service is often lacking, I wanted to take a moment to praise CommSat It Services and Repair in Amesbury. I came in with an iPad that had been dropped down a flight of stairs onto a cement floor, shattering it to pieces. The staff at CommSat went above and beyond in their attempts to rectify the problem, and spent a great deal of time trying to fix the issue. When they realized it was beyond repair, they even contacted the apple istore to get me a fair price on a new ipad and did not charge me for their time or labor. Their honesty and integrity truly amazed me and I am beyond grateful for all of their efforts. If I ever have computer issues in the future I will know exactly where to go!
