I am new to yoga and looks like I picked the perfect place to go. The instructors are great and very welcoming to all that attend, experts and novices, and cater classes to the level of experience of those in each class. The studio is very relaxing and serene as well as clean! I am a huge fan and love the way I feel after each class. It isn’t about doing each pose perfectly, rather what your individual body will allow as you continue to build on your practice.

Recently attended the Intro to Yoga series for beginners– Amazing experience! With the 4 week series had access to unlimited classes. The intro teach was great — patient, informative and made it fun and rewarding. The other classes I attended, had great instructors who were able to lead classes with all levels of experience. I feel better than i have in a long time — never thought i would like Yoga! Such a great experience signing up for 3 more months.

Such an awesome Yoga studio and people. They are so accepting of «newbies». They don’t ever make you feel uncomfortable. I have always walked away from a class with them feeling sooo much better. Plus the studio is in an adorable area/​town. The studio itself is very calming and beautiful. Well kept. Always clean and peaceful. I really need to keep going to them at least once a week, but life gets in the way… Haha no excuse. Some of the best yoga classes ive had were from Pause.

Such a welcoming and cozy studio with warm, friendly, and knowledgeable teachers. They offer a great variety of classes and with convenient times. Very happy I stumbled upon this gem when I lived in Amesbury.

Pause is a lovely, intimate studio with excellent instructors. The variety of classes allows for anything from restorative to challenging power yoga and everything in between. I love the different offerings. Each instructor has a different style and I have enjoyed each one. I highly recommend this studio whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi.

I have practiced yoga for many years, and this is one of the best studios for me. There is a class for everyone here. The staff is wonderful in every way, and Jennifer is an amazing leader.

This is a wonderful yoga studio. I take the Monday evening Broga class and Wednesday evening yoga + HIT (cardio), both taught by Scott. These are great classes. The studio is inviting and comfortable, the instructors, are great (Katie is also wonderful) and parking is easy.

Practicing with Jennifer and Shannon has helped my gain strength and flexibility and they each take the time for individual instruction and adjustment during class that has helped me be able to try arm balances and gain core strength.»

I love this place! I started with the new student special (30 days for $ 40) couple of months ago and have been hooked ever since. All the teachers are great, but there are a couple of real rockstars whose classes I make it a point to get to. I appreciate the 6:30 and 7pm classes weekday classes which allow me to go after work. It’s a fun place, there’s a sense of community and I can walk there from my house. What’s not to like!
