The buy one get one free margaritas are obviously the best part. The frozen peach strawberry margaritas rimmed with sugar are amazing. The bacon ranch quesadillas are so good but the best part is the special ranch dressing that comes for dipping. The table side guacamole is phenomenal and made with all fresh ingredients. The chips and salsa are endless and excellent.

One star is generous. Stopped in with my daughter for a late dinner last Thursday night. The bar area was so dirty that we opted for the dining area. That was not much better. I knew we should have left and found something else, but it was late and we were hungry. By far, the worst Chili’s I have ever been to. My daughter’s steak fahitas were burned, and looked like left over bits of charred steak. My ribs tasted like they had been in a warmer for hours, and were slopped in sauce before being served. The french fries were pretty much inedible. When we waiter checked on us, I told him the food was not acceptable and asked him to have the manager remove the food from our bill. The manager apologized and comped the dinner(most of which we had not eaten). I will never go to this Chili’s again. In fact, I may never go to any Chili’s again.

Didn’t really have anywhere else to go for dinner. What do you expect, it’s a chain restaurant nothing really special just a regular burger place, but they do have these cool computer things that you can pay your bill on to expedite the process.

I can’t say I had the best experience at this location, and probably last visit to this location The food was ok, the service was bad. My water was only refilled once. We waited 10 min for the waitress to return to the table to offer take home boxes. Then after we asked for the boxes it took five more minutes and still no return with boxes. After we asked for the boxes the waitress cleaned off the table behind us. Never offered us a desert never saw the manager. It was a Saturday afternoon it was not busy I would not recommend this location

Went last night for dinner, we received great service. It was quick for dinner on a Friday. I was adventurous and tried something out of the box for me, I’m so glad I did! I got the new braised beef mex bowl, so tasty! The beef was super tender. We also started with fried pickles, those were different because it was their home made pickles but they were good! I left a prior review on how it’s good, but food can be hit or miss. But this time it was spot on!

Ugh. Not much to say. Ordered the Ribs and Salmon combo. On the plus side, the salmon was cooked perfectly and tasted great. The ribs on the other hand were pretty bad. The Dr. Pepper BBQ sauce tasted nothing like Dr. Pepper which didn’t help to mask the major lack of meat on the ribs. I also had to laugh about the 2 for 1 draft beer special. The 10 Oz beer along with the«free» 10 oz beer were the same price($ 5.29) as a 20 oz beer. Haven’t been there in years. Probably won’t go back for years.

This is possibly the worst restaurant I’ve ever eaten in. The service was terrible and the waitress was argumentative the whole time she served us. The food was cold and although the tacos my daughter ordered were not suppose to be spicy they were and then another argument ensued. Do not! I repeat do not !!! waste your money here !! Worst restaurant by far in NY.

Stopped in for lunch, seated right away. Had a trainee waitress, Stephanie was watching her and she backed her up when needed. We had the endless enchiladas, they were good. Stephanie was wonderful in taking care of us. I will be back again.

Really great service at this location. Out server was so friendly and accommodating. We wanted to do the happy hour deal for the appetizers, but we were in earlier than when the deal had started. Our waitress still put in our orders, and allowed us to get the discounted apps! The coronita was great also! Dinner for two and drinks for under 30– can’t beat that!

I used to eat here so much, goes back to my college days. They had the bomb loaded fries and I would get them all the time. But the more I went, the less impressed I became. I also noticed how the dishes would be dirty often so I’d have to send them back. Chili’s certainly has a unique taste, that’s for sure. I’ve had everything from the ribs(which they give you little to nothing with your order) to the boneless chicken bites. I think I’ve pretty much tried it all here. With the same conclusion, this place is just okay.

Nice food and at times isn’t so good overall, service is always pleasant and good though. The food is the only flaw but it’s not a place with high quality eats anyways.

I can’t say I had the best experience at my first, only, and probably last visit to this location. I had the chips and salsa with a taste of the southwestern egg roll appetizer. The chips for the salsa lacked a certain crispness and the salsa wasn’t anything special. For the egg rolls, I think there was supposed to be chicken, cheese and peppers, but all I could taste was the black beans. I ordered the grilled fish tacos, and let me tell you, I’ve never come across a fish taco I didn’t like — until this dinner. The fish was lightly browned and tasted far too fishy for my taste — my tacos were filled with limp, lukewarm fish. The chile-lime sauce and cilantro slaw were oddly sweet, and not in a way that complimented the dish. The«fresh» avocado and cilantro did very little to save the dish. The tacos were served with a bowl of black beans that resembled a soup, and green tinted rice. I didn’t even sample the beans as I had enough black beans in the appetizer, and after tasting the rice I was wondering why it was green. Upon further investigation, I learned the rice was supposed to be citrus-chile flavored — this translated poorly to the dry, bland, awkwardly tinted sample on my plate. Do your taste-buds and local economy a favor and try one of the many incredible Mexican restaurants in the Buffalo area. These options are fresher, authentic, and often more affordable. I won’t be returning to this location.

I have to say that this is one of my favorite restaurants. My family and I have been coming here for years. Whether it’s an awesome server, chatty guests or food that just pops, it is never dull in here. The servers are usually very friendly and love to spend that extra minute talking to the guests so that they create a special bond. The food is usually very good. I can only recall two times that my meal was not at the level that I expected from Chili’s, but that’s out of probably 20 times that we’ve been there. My personal favorite is the quesadilla explosion salad(so delicious) and the meal is just not complete without the homemade chips and chili-con-queso appetizer! Amazing melty cheese and thick meaty chili in one delectable dip… *droooool* The ziosks on the tables make redeeming coupons and paying the bill super easy. I highly recommend this restaurant. The décor is so fun, the people are great, and the food is delicious.

Chili’s. It is a Chain and this one is one of the better locals — mostly because of the people. Food is «okay», about what most folks have come to expect from the chain. There are usually specials of a variety of types.

ok, again, not a chain fan. My husband is undergoing radiation therapy and his appetite and taste buds are wildly inconsistent. So when he ways he is hungry and wants a specific food, I get it for him ASAP. Yesterday after running some errands, he wanted Mexican. Chilis was 2 minutes away, so there we went. Don had 3 chicken enchaladas and I had a combo plate of chicken enchilada and a quesidilla. Each of our meals came with Black Beans and a Citrus Rice. SOGOOD!!! I don’t like refried beans so I was happy to get the black beans, and the citrus rice really stood on its own. The enchiladas were a good size, very moist and tender. Service was good, the restaurant was very clean. So, Sigh, I must give a good review.

Not a very vegetarian friendly menu. You have to order something with meat & then tell them to not add the meat. Sometimes they forget(we did get dishes with meat even after specifically mentioning we were vegetarians), but they do get you a replacement. Absolutely love the dessert menu. The choco-lava is so good! 3stars is just for that.

+ Good Burger, Cheap 2 for $ 20 combo — It’s hard for them to get it right, fake nice service Went here for dinner. The two for $ 20 deal is a good for those on a budget. The waitress was that«phony» kind of nice – she was just putting on a smile but really didn’t care. It took a long time to get our drinks(20 minutes) and entrees(45 minutes). The onion rings were overcooked when we told her to tell the kitchen to not overcook them(she obviously didn’t). The ribs and burger entrée were pretty good but not hot. Décor in here is nice, but the Niagara Falls one is nicer. The ducks that hang out in front are a nice touch though.

When we arrived tonight(Monday) at 6 p.m., we noticed a lot of people waiting in the foyer, even though there were empty tables available. When we requested a table, a man with very short hair and a beard told us that we would have to wait 10 to 15 minutes because the kitchen was backed up.(Hello, folks — if the kitchen is backed up on a Monday night, what’s it like on Friday and Saturday?) He then said that if we didn’t want to wait 10 to 15 minutes to sit at one of the available tables, we could sit at the bar. We decided to sit at the bar, where the only available seats were by the sinks and the north entrance(which meant we experienced very cold drafts every time patrons entered and exited the restaurant). There was an empty booth right behind us but we couldn’t sit there due to the backed up kitchen situation. Bartender Christina took our drinks and food order right away. She was the best part of our experience — very helpful, friendly and efficient. Even though we had a Boulevard Mall coupon for free nachos, as luck would have it, nachos and salsa were free at the bar, so we enjoyed the free appetizer, which Christina brought out right away. The serving size was generous. Christina did a great job of repeatedly checking on our food orders but due to the backed up kitchen situation, we ended up waiting a little longer than usual for our meals. The 6 oz. sirloin steak + loaded mashed potatoes + broccoli tasted good. The cheese quesadilla tasted like cheese cement — very bland and definitely overpriced at $ 9.

Like many chain restaurants, the service is fine and the food is not good, like, at all. I visited this Chili’s for a coworkers bday and had a lunch combo — a small chef salad and lunch portion of chicken fajitas. The chef salad was fine and what I expect from a restaurant of this type. The fajitas on the other hand were not good. But +1 star for having nutrition information available for me. The chicken and veggies had clearly not been cooked together — instead, I was given a skillet of overcooked(read: soggy) veggies soaked in oil and some weird tangy-like seasoning, with pieces of underseasoned grilled chicken lying on top. The good news is, I was able to avoid almost all the«oil» that would have typically accompanied my meal and eat a relatively healthy lunch of grilled chicken, lettuce, and sour cream with a burrito shell. The chips we all split, on the other hand, were super good. Man can’t live on chips alone, though…
