I thoroughly enjoy coming into this store because the girls that work here are extremely friendly and love helping you find whatever you need. Oftentimes I will come into this store with a particular dress in mind and need to find accessories. The girls will ask me what colors I’m going with and give me their opinion, go in the back to help me find pieces they think they would work and they genuinely care. It’s always nice to have a second opinion when you are shopping alone. The manager however is moody and short tempered. I have come in twice to return items within the last couple months and each time she does my transaction, my mood immediately changes. She is the opposite of cheery and had a condescending tone when inquiring why I chose to return my products. There’s a way to go about things in the world of customer service and I don’t think she does it well. Good thing they have a great staff of employees regularly. They often run sales on their jewelry, buy one get the second 50% off. Their jewelry is plentiful and constantly being rotated. They have delicate pieces and chunky jewelry as well. I love their watch selections and I always have luck when looking for a bag or clutch. Lots of clothes, definitely not cheap, but good quality. They have home décor, mugs, sunglasses, hats, scarves, shoes, cell phone cases, funny pens and quirky things perfect when looking for a gift for a friend. They run a great special at the Boulevard Mall Tuesdays through Thursdays. If you spent $ 100 a select stores on one of those days, you will get a $ 20 gift card to use anywhere in the mall. Francescas is one of the stores that is involved with the promotion.
