Too bad we can’t take stars away from this place. The owner JACK is a JACKASS. He has an attitude that astounds me. We have purchased products for years from his company and today he stormed out of our business when we had a job scheduled, after we spent nearly all night to prepare for his arrival. We misunderstood about how much of the furniture had to be moved, after confirming with Jackie at J&J, in advance. Baby JACK and stormed out of here like a child. I would suggest NOTWALKING, but *** R U N N I N G *** from this place. They are BADNEWS.

I would like to respond to the response on MYREVIEW. You are blatantly lying in your response back to make your company appear better than it is. I NEVER apologized for my previous behavior because it was nothing distasteful or rude. I was frustrated. I also never claimed I didn’t have a license. I just happened to not have it. If I knew in advance of your procedures, I would I have gone out of my way… You know what I am going to stop now. Not only do I not want to spend anymore time writing about this company. I will however go out of my way to share my opinions of the company to the hundreds of local families that I know. If you at the company want to clear this up with me in the meantime, contact me. I am now going on my Facebook page to share my experience. Again, contact me or I will continue to stand by the truth of your businesses unprofessional ways and your employees rudeness and my displeasure for lying about the situation in your Unilocal response. Terrible business practices.

I would have given ZERO stars if it were possible… I called an order in for six black balloons and six red balloons for my son’s graduation party. The woman on the phone also talked me into these special balloons with white writing on them for graduation that happened to be black and red so I said fine I would take one of each in addition to the 12. On the phone, she said the dozen was 12.99 plus the two special balloons, so the total was $ 15 and change and I paid by credit card over the phone. I went to pick them up on the day of the graduation party and the woman handed me a tiny little receipt, I didn’t look at it, didn’t have to sign anything, so I just took everything and left. A few days later I noticed on my bank statement that she had charged me $ 24.46. I called to dispute the charges and the woman said that the charges were correct and that my order was for 24 balloons. I told her that was not true. I even told her I still had all the balloons, I would count them and call her back. I called back after I counted them and asked for the manager. I still had all 12 balloons plus the two special ones. The manager said«Well you should have counted the balloons before you left to make sure you had 24!» I explained again that I did not order 24 so if I had counted them before I left I would have had the correct amount that I ordered. That didn’t make any sense. We argued back and forth and she refused to credit me and would not believe that I did not order 24! She also said«that’s the problem with doing the orders over the phone!» I’ve never experienced any problems with doing orders over the phone at other businesses, it seems like it is a problem for them though. She refused to own up to a mistake and just kept faulting me for not counting the balloons before I left.(Even though I had the correct amount that I ordered, she didn’t seem to understand that.) I asked for her name and to speak to the owner and she said«This conversation is over,» and hung up. I really hate to bash a small business like this but I just cannot believe the horrible customer service I received. She refused to take the time to check through receipts/orders, refused to listen to the customer, or anything. It’s so disturbing the way this woman talked to me and I would never recommend this business to anyone else.
