I listed my house with Jones Group, and just as well should have done it myself, or had my cat do it. The listing agent was marginally effective at first, with a package and listing price that seemed reasonable. After signing, he was virtually unreachable, placed zero advertising, and put in little to no effort. Additionally, the listing was placed incorrectly, so that it was not viewable to anyone looking on the major marketing sites, and it showed up erroneously in a different county more than fifty miles away… for four months. This is an agency that doesn’t care about the customer, look elsewhere for someone who knows the market and is willing to put in the work.
