Kendrick Property Management has been under new management since April 1st of 2014. This is especially notable because this company is NOTHING like it used to be. They are accessible and respond promptly. They take pride in their work. Nice places attract nice people, that is their motto… Ain’t that the truth!

This is a terrible company. They neglected our investment property, charged us top dollar, and did nothing preventive to the houses. Working with George was a difficult experience, as he always implied that he was working really hard and it was the previous property management company that was at fault. We finally switched to another property manager and it is heaven. Stay away from these folks — they will take your money and do very little in return
