Bad experience went to the Sheridan Dr location the sales person was pretty nice we told him what rooms we were trying to carpet and gave him an estimate on the room sizes and then gave us a rough estimate on the price, a few days later he came out and measured each room and our hallway well not surprising the estimate was a few hundred dollars off so we were off course going to pay more, fine it was just and estimate so couldn’t complain too much. Well fast forward to installation day even after the sales person came out to measure they were short and couldn’t finish the job the installers apologized and said he would call the store and let them know, not once did we hear from the store we had to call and find out when we were getting the finished carpet we were told on Tuesday they would come out the next day and would call us in the morning with a time, Wednesday comes and no phone call my husband had to call them to follow up and found out they would come later in the afternoon completely unacceptable! I will never do business with them again!

Disappointed. After the sales manager told us to hold off paying a deposit because we had a short window to move in along with other remodeling efforts and he wanted to be sure he could deliver on a certain day, they were a day late. The price ended up being higher than the quote in the store, even though we gave room dimensions and he factored in a bit extra (big surprise that it would end up being more). I tried to get him to stick to the $ 100 or so less but he said he’s already making «little on this.» Whatever, ok, just install… a day late. Acted like they were doing us a huge favor then by doing a Saturday install. The guys that came on Saturday came hours early (while I was trying to do other floor repairs in prep for the carpet, because they had other installs that weren’t ready. The younger one was nice the other guy indifferent. Regardless, the carpet was not put down well (loose carpet that I will have to staple or pull to the tack strip, cut poorly around baseboard heaters), the cleanup was awful, they even left a gigantic razor on the carpet even though my 1 year old was there. I’m not even going to bother calling them back to complain. Empty salesman-​ee tactics. No follow up either. Carpet and pad are nice.
