We had them do our taxes for a few years back in the early 90’s. They were pleasant and everything seemed fine. Then one day we get a call from the IRS. Seems SOMEONE missed and accounting error and we ended up paying a fine for it. They would not pay the fine and only refunded the fee to do our taxes. Make sure if you have someone do your taxes that they are a CPA. It’s not worth the scant few dollars you save to have a non certified accountant do your taxes! In our case, we found someone from Greenfield who IS a CPA and charges about $ 20 more a year. AND we can call them at any time and ask questions throughout the year for no extra charge. For us, these people didn’t give us the service that is more readily available elsewhere.
