We used LW Integrity funding for our mortgage. It was a complete nightmare. They were always behind the 8 ball and very reactive rather than proactive. Our closing took forever. And we were charged a slew a fees we were unaware of. Their communication was awful and so was their customer service. I do not recommend them to anyone.
