My experience at the store was actually very pleasant. The staff at the store was knowledgeable about the mattresses they offered. They also provided me with the options that worked with my needs and my budget. The PROBLEM is with their delivery service. Problem #1: The staff at the store will work with you to pick a day, but they cannot tell you when during the date you choose your mattress will be delivered. Problem #2: An automated service calls you the DAYBEFORE your delivery date to tell you when your mattress will be delivered.(They give you a 2 hr window.) If you work or have other obligations during the day, this immediately presents an issue because you can’t plan ahead. Problem #3: The mattresses are delivered from a warehouse. It appeared to me that the store staff and the warehouse staff do not communicate very well. This is an issue for customers because lines cross and miscommunication within the company can lead to inconsistencies. It also means that the staff at the store sometimes do not know what’s going on with the warehouse. While at the store, for example, I was told to call customer service instead to resolve an issue. Overall, while I like my bed, I’m not sure I’d buy from them again based on my previous experience.
