Rex Gee’s is the ultimate old-​timey farmstand/​orchard. I’ve been going here since 2002 when I discovered it on a meandering drive through Amherst in search of the Miller’s Apple Hill store.
The cider is delicious and a great value. The price is better than most big box stores for a marked increase in freshness and quality.
they always have «sampling apples» available and usually have cider tastings as well.
There’s nothing fancy about Rex Gee’s, but it’s good old-​fashioned Ohio farming with zero pretension.
Definitely worth a ramble on a sunny October Saturday afternoon.
