I have been going to them for over 25 years. This trip was my 52,000 mile check up and an oil change. They only charged me for the oil change since they do a thorough check of your car when they do that. My dad once had to have his rear bumper fixed after someone hit it and the dealer (who he always went to) wanted to charge him $ 1000.00. Tom and his guys at Total Automotive did a beatiful job for $ 500.00. I used to get price quotes before I had something fixed there, but not any more. They are the fairest game in town.

Does not deserve even a start. Terrible experience they will steal your money and make up broken stuff in your car. Do NOT go there look for somewhere else.
He wanted to fix a piece in the tier and wanted to charge 500 $ and 365 $ labor plus the price of the part. I went to the dealership and they said the part is in perfect condition and does not need to be fixed.
