The gentleman at the counter was so helpful, kind and professional. He smiled, talked to me kindly and answered every question I had. He also offered advice for me to consider. I left the counter only to discover I needed coins for the lobby copy machine. When I returned to the counter I was served by a lady who was just as kind, knowledgeable, and helpful as her coworker had been. I am not from Amherst but was impressed by the staff at this post office!
