Where I understand that Walgreens may believe it is «at the corner of happy and healthy,» this Walgreens resides«at the corner of annoyed that you are breathing and if we ignore you maybe you’ll go away.» I can honestly say that experiencing a rat infestation is probably more enjoyable than dealing with this location. Let me explain. I was inquiring as to whether or not a prescription was called in to this location by my Provider seeing as though I had not heard anything for 6 hours since my visit to the doctor. I generally do not take medication so I was not entirely certain that this location was called for my Rx and since my Provider’s office was closed for the day, I figured I would at least call this location to check. I called and was put on hold through the phone IVR for over 15 minutes while the same recurring message of my non-importance was being drilled in to my brain. Finally the phone started ringing… and ringing… and ringing… for about 3 – 5 minutes… then finally… it hung up. Yes, 20 minutes waiting and it hung up. I called back and hit the same IVR and thankfully after 7 minutes or so, someone very annoyed picked up the call to my overwhelming pleasure. She asked for my last name and where I was able to get 3 letters in, she demand my date of birth. I mentioned my DOB to her prompt accusation that I was not even in their system — which was clearly my fault. Following this pleasant back and forth, this Pharmacy associate requested my first name, which I rattled off and she was obviously in disagreement with the choice my parents made in spelling Jeremy non-traditionally, by her slightly confused retort in pronouncing my name. Then she asked for my last name, which she spelled incorrectly twice. I calmly tried to re-spell it, which she sighed heavily about as if she was on her third set of 600 pound deadlifts at the gym. I immediately recognized that spelling must have been a challenge for her while in school for Pharmacology because she took my spelling and added her incorrect spelling, together… yes, I must have a 45 letter last name. I advised this person that I would find another place to go, and ended the call. Because I happen to work for one of the largest, if not THE largest insurance carrier in the area along with being in direct contact with members and Providers, as well as being a Manager at this employer, my concern then went to the elderly population and any other members of ours that go to this place. So, wait this gets better!!! I called back and the girl who picked up seemed confused the phone rang. While she fumbled all over, I asked for the Manager in hoping they would advise me that the Pharmacy associate had a bad day or skipped lunch or was possessed or something to make me feel confident enough to justify the past 10 years of patronage. She said she would page him. She placed me on hold. 5 minutes later, this person picked up who said they had to deal with a coupon issue and get right back to me. So, they placed me on hold. 5 minutes later, the original girl picked up and I explained that the Manager put me on hold and I would hold again. She took this seriously as she put me on hold. Then she picked up again in 5 minutes because I was still on hold. She said she would page again and put me on hold. 5 minutes later, she picked up and asked if I was the same guy waiting for a Manager. I said that I was and she said she would put me on hold. So, I waited on hold… again…for 5 minutes. She picked up again and said«Oh my God, are you calling back again??»… Okay, so for those keeping score, I am somewhere in the 45 minute accumulated hold time black hole and the girl who picks up the phone, who has put me on hold 3 times prior literally thought I called back… again. Not only was she wrong, she was annoyed I was still holding which was apparently taking away from her Candy Crush time AND then told me the Manager has walked by the phone 2 times purposely not picking up. Needless to say, I advised I would no longer wait and just take my business elsewhere. But, I am filing an official complaint against this location because regardless of who you are, people should not be treated this poorly. Especially if you need pharmacy assistance. There are literally 5 – 10 other pharmacies within 1 mile of this place, so if you would like your pharmaceuticals handed to you with a smile by helpful employees as opposed to having your name critiqued and being made to feel like you need to be ushered off stage by Nick Cannon because your act on America’s Got Talent was just that bad, please skip this Walgreens. Maybe they will be at the corner of happy and healthy when they do not have any customers left to take up their time.

Called ahead to make certain could get passport photos done and that equipment functioning. Told«yes» and«yes»(probably more«yeah» as sounded to be a notveryknowledgable person). Photo dept and other depts failed to pickup when call first made. Got to store, noted 2 guys removing equipment. Photo staff said nothing could be done. Not happy. Working with a time crunch for lost passport/travel to Canada. Luckily CVS across street was able to do quickly even calling up additional staff to expedite my purchase. Yes this will affect my future patronage(or lack thereof) of Walgreens. Please employ staff who actually care to give correct information.

Walgreens inside is typical for a Walgreens. Has a good selection, prices can be hit or miss. Usually the sale pricing is good. We sometimes go to the pharmacy which can be pretty long waits at times. We were told 1 hour for a prescription pick up that is pretty much shelf ready, it’s just somewhat stronger than over the counter. We came back 5 hours later and the script was still yet to be filled. This is our Redbox destination. It’s located outside so we can go at any time of day or night. Pretty much has a good selection unless it’s a popular new release. Or if one of the Redbox machines had a car run into it…(That one was replaced quickly btw)

This is a fine Walgreens with access from multiple sides. Standalone building with large parking lot. The store itself has an easy layout and is well organized. It’s a busy one though, location helps, so be prepared for a short checkout wait. The CVS across the street is less busy, you could go there if in a hurry. 3 stars– A-OK

It’s a pretty standard Walgreens, on the route from work to home. I’ve never had problems in here finding stuff, it’s organized well, and the staff is pretty helpful. It’s pretty much the same experience you’d find at any other Walgreens, so it gets my chain standard of 3 stars.

The staff is wonderful and helpful. The pharmacists go out of their way for you. Their prices are good too. There’s no other pharmacy I’d go to for my prescriptions.

I don’t like Walgreen’s much, and this one fits in with the rest. It’s generally way more expensive than other pharmacies on just about everything, and it’s usually messy inside. I’ve noticed that they have a much larger beauty section that others, so if you buy your make up and other supplies at pharmacies it might be a good choice. They used to have a one-up with their app and ordering scripts, but Rite Aid has caught up and is just as convenient. Generally, though, my visits are almost always to pick up photos I printed from Picasa(which is super convenient) or grab a red box.
