I gave this place two tries and I shouldn’t have. They don’t sanitize the nail tools between customers, only wash it, and that’s not enough to kill most bacteria. I usually get gel nail polish and this is the only place where they had me dip my fingers into a bowl of nail polish remover for about 5 minutes to get the old one off. All of the other places use foil and cotton ball dipped in it so that the skin doesn’t get damaged. Skin/cuticles even more dry then before each visit.

Really bad experience. Would never go back. Parking sucks. People are rude. They have people walking around soliciting, trying to sell you products. The girl who worked on me didn’t speak English so anything I said she just smiled and laughed. She cut my nails so poorly that I am in pain and she only used one coat of polish which I can’t even chalk it up to them being cheap because I brought my own bottle. On top of that I gave a 30% tip which I am not saying is an amazing tip(although a lot more than deserved), but she didn’t even say thank you and looked pissed that that’s all she got. $ 45 in the toilet. One and done. Thanks for nothing.

The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because I have been there 4 times now and what should be a relaxing time(that I am paying for) is interrupted by young children running around the place and using their loud electronics. I am a single mother, so I do understand, but maybe no children on the weekend would be a good idea. Again great price, great service just wish there was a kid free weekend.

I come here it’s close to home reasonably priced and they take their time and make you feel very comfortable you don’t feel rushed everytime I come in I feel very relaxed the staff is also very professional their not yelling in Chinese to each other and they converse with you. It’s always very clean two entrances and enough parking.

I came here for the first time with my mom for a mani/pedi as the place we frequent has a new owner and has fell off a bit. Amy’s has a nice little spa menu you can chose from that mimics MoMos in Copiague. I hope it’s not the same owners. Anyhow, we both had a nice experience. The pedicure was accompanied by a foot massage that was definitely worth the little extra cash. Staff was attentive and friendly. My mom got her eyebrows waxed and said the room was very clean, she wasn’t red afterwards and the woman shaped her brows very nicely. I was a little disappointed with my manicure. The technician working on me didn’t bring the nail polish all the way down my cuticle area(which I didn’t catch til I was under the dryers– damn you mom for talking to me the whole time!) but it wasn’t the end of the world. My mom got quick dry and sat under the dryers for a good 15 minutes, but when we got to the car she managed to totally mess up about 7 of her nails. She was embarrassed but I forced her back in to have them fixed. The owner was great about it! The tech fixed her nails without charging us and we went on our way.

This is my favorite nail salon! Lilly is my absolute favorite she really makes you feel relaxed and take her time with you. Her pedicures are absolutely phenomenal! And her manicures last me longer then a week! The whole staff is awesome and so friendly I’ve gone to other people but Lilly is my favorite! I would definitely recommend this salon!
