Art Morales and his company Enviro Test rock! We have an NYC 2 bd 2ba pre war, and were facing delays on our renovation project due to need for a lead paint testing certificate. We called 5 companies to see could could get this done the soonest and at best price. Enviro Test won on both criteria. Art’s technician Mark, was at our apartment the next morning and quickly and courteously handled the job, and to make it even better, sped the turnaround of our report and certificate. Enviro Test really came through for us. They are fantastic.
