Heritage Inn & Suites

Stayed here for a wedding and the service was terrible. We asked for more towels for the room (we had four adults and we only had two small towels) just as the signs indicate. The woman behind the desk was very unhelpful and said «I dunno, you’ll have to find the cleaning lady.» Really? Had to hunt her down and then the cleaning lady was VERY reluctant to give us larger towels. She also dropped some face towels on the ground and then put them back with the clean ones. Yuck!
Later we asked for directions around town and the woman at the front desk again just shrugged her shoulders and went back to playing on the computer. Other places I’ve stayed would at least try to give a map of the city or offer to print directions. Overall the rooms were moderately clean but the staff was useless. It soured the whole experience.

Had a very nice stay, every thing was clean.
