Our firm has been Amsterdam’s customer for several years now. We have ordered various items for our law firm (Rosenberg & Rodriguez), including coolers, baseball hats, pens, and t-​shirts. The prices are very competitive and the quality of items is decent for the price; in other words, you cannot expect a top quality pen for 23 cents. What I am most impressed with is customer service. They sent us the wrong print on the T-​shirts and did not give us a hard time at all reprinting it. I would recommend getting an actual sample first, before putting the items in mass production. I will continue ordering from them.

The prices that Amsterdam offers are very competitive; However, their infrastructure leaves a lot to be desired and it made me ultimately end up not ordering anything thru them due to the fact that I simply couldn’t (see pictures). If the customer-​facing experience is broken, the behind-​the-​scenes processes are probably in just as much disarray, so I’m currently looking into utilizing 4imprint again.
