For their name, man, are their prices crazy high. Most of their inventory doesn’t have listed prices, so you have to speak to a salesperson to find out, and then everything is negotiated.
When I went, they were grossly understaffed, and I ended up waiting behind 2 other groups of people for about an hour for the one salesperson to answer a question about pricing. While browsing around, I was told by another employee that they «don’t target the lower end market», so if I was looking for cheap flooring, «try Lowes or Home Depot instead.» From what I could tell, their prices were about twice as high as other places.
I ended up leaving before being helped. Since I only went once, I can’t really hold that against them: sometimes things just get busy out of the blue, and I guess I wasn’t their target audience anyway.
