Fidalgo Nails

Awesome place! They are skilled with nail designs, it’s very clean, and they do a phenomenal job every time I go. I recommend making an appointment, unless you don’t mind waiting a few minutes. It’s a popular place because they do a good job.

Best nail salon in Anacortes. I have tried most spots in town and Fidalgo has great selection of colors and choices, are clean, friendly, efficient and always do a good job. My shellac always lasts, I always have to remove it because of grow out, not because it chipped or peeled. Would highly recommend! I gave them five stars, not because it’s the best salon Ive ever been to, but because I think they have a bad rap on Unilocal and they definitely deserve to more highly ranked!

Took their time and did a detailed and nice job on my mani and pedi. The price was decent compared to other places in town.

The amount of color choices and quality nail polishes is fantastic. Clean and well kept salon (if you can stomach the garish color scheme).
The pedicure itself? Total disappointment. I had been here before, for a gel manicure and was satisfied with the outcome. The pedicure was a joke. I was there with my 2 nieces & daughter, on a Thursday afternoon (we all had appointments for 1:40). We sat there, feet in the cold water for what seemed like eternity. Finally, a man came over and literally spent a total of 15 minutes on my feet-​a quick file/​trim of my nails, cuticle push, scrub of my heels (which REALLY NEEDED THE MOST ATTENTION) that lasted 1 min max, some scrubbing on my calves and a «massage» (where he used is freakishly long fingernails to scrape down my legs). Then my feet were placed in a plastic bag filled with paraffin (the only really pleasant part of this experience) for, literally, 20 min. Then a quick paint, then done. My feet were touched for exactly 15 minutes. I was there for 1.5 hours, waiting in between. My nieces & daughter, all had similar experiences to varying degrees. And all for $ 25?!? No. I won’t be coming back.
Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m going home to deal with my STILL CALLUSED HEELS.
