My kids had such a blast at this park. Great for toddlers and big kids. They have everything from swings to wooden castles. We’ll definitely be back.

Really cool park for kids of all ages. There’s a bunch of different types of toys they can play on. It’s quite large, actually, and it’s all community sponsored. Definitely a place to visit if you’re in Anacortes with kids.

Great park! The bathrooms were pretty icky, but the two playgrounds are very nice and appeal to a wide age range of kids.

My kids and I love this park. All of the equipment is well maintained. Little touches like hand painted tiles adorn the play area. Imaginations run wild from the ferry boat to the playhouses, suspension bridges and slides. The park is sectioned off into two play areas one for toddlers and the other for big kids. It also offers two large swing sets and a tire swing. Get out for some family fun!

Great kids park! Beautiful structure, loved the hand painted tiles and quotes around the park. Great for toddlers and older kids as well. Easy parking. Public restrooms available but didn’t use them. My family and I will definatly make this a stop whenever we are in Anacortes!

For kid’s parks this is the bees knees. It’s not huge, but the entire park encompasses a baseball field with a large outfield area that is big enough for a soccer field, a couple basketball courts, a set of horseshoe pits, and two playground equipment areas. There is also a nice path around the perimeter. So what is so great about this park??? The newer playground area was built by the community and is one of those nice large wooden structures(it’s actually some sort of composite, not real wood). There is a toddler area that is plenty big and includes 4 swings for just the toddlers as well as a low to the ground play area and a sand box. The bigger kid area has some musical pieces for kids to bang on as well as a large structure for them to climb, slide, play on and another set of swings and another sand box. When it’s warm/sunny out people flock here. If you need a place for your children to blow of some energy this park is great and easy to access off of commercial ave.

We were recently in Anacortes for the day with our 4 year old, after a very LONG day driving all around Skagit Valley and the surrounding area for the tulip festival. She was tired of being in the car, and we needed a place to stop and let her out so she could run off some energy. We searched our GPS devices, and found this lovely park right off the main drag through town(not far from a Starbucks and other fast food if you’re hungry and want to take a snack with you). There is a large ball field here(some boys were practicing baseball), walking paths, basketball courts, and two playgrounds. One is a few years old, though it’s quite nice. The other seems to be brand new. There is a bathroom and clubhouse that separates the two from each other. Both are located at the back of the park, a short walk from the parking lot on 32nd. The newer playscape(called«Our Town, Our Park») I can highly recommend. It’s a park-loving kids DREAM. Brand new equipment, climbing ropes, slides, swings, a swinging tire, a «pirate castle» to climb on and pretend you’re taking over the high seas, jungle gym rings, «rock walls», etc. I only wish I’d take a plethora of pictures because I can’t convey just how cool the playscape was with my words. My daughter had 2 hours of fun running around like a creature possessed, and I must admit her dad and I did as well. Would also be a nice view point for Fidalgo Bay, just a little ways to the east. Will definitely go back!
