This ice cream is so delicious! I am a big chocolate fan– Lopez Island Creamery chocolate ice cream does not disappoint. I had the chance to meet the hardworking, generous owner. Happy to support a family owned business.

I was in Anacortes for several occasions but never knew there was an ice cream shop with the best home made coconut ice cream. They made themselves known to us at Bellevue strawberry festival 2015. I ordered single scoop of coconut ice cream just to try. It was so flavorful and made me want one more, so I ordered second scoop. After it, I still crave for one more and went for the third one. It was that good. For sure I will stop at this place every year when I go to Tulip festival and Deception Pass.

Hands down 5 stars! Although, this ice cream is no longer made on Lopez, so that’s a bummer. Try the Coffee heath!!! You won’t be disappointed! I think Amazon Fresh is selling Lopez Island now so you can grab a scoop in the Seattle area without traveling!

I SCREAMFORICECREAM! Sort of. Being lactose intolerant, ice cream is a treat that I indulge in occasionally. One of those«occasions» is ANY time I see Lopez Island Creamery at a fair or find their ice cream sold by the scoop. Yes, it’s just that good. True story. I can’t quite express the creamy texture that makes the experience of eating ice cream complete. There’s ice cream, then there’s ICECREAM and Lopez Island is the latter. Some of my favorite flavors are: Coffee, Latte Chip, Skagit Strawberry, Cappuccino Chunk, Chocolate Almond Chunk, Lavender Vanilla. Yummy, yummy in my tummy! I really can’t say enough about the excellent service I receive. Thank you for making a great product and serving it up with a smile.

I am not an ice cream lover, nor do I have a sweet tooth. I like ice cream, but I never get too excited about it. While we were staying on Orcas Island we had the pleasure of frequenting Lily who serves up Lopez Island Ice Cream. This Ice Cream is OUTSTANDING and I am now craving it(an ice cream first for me). Can’t wait until our next trip to Orcas so we can have more, until then I will be dreaming of the best ice cream I think I have ever had. *tip: Since I am not a big ice cream eater, Lily let me order the kid size and it was perfect for me!

i’m addicted to this icecream! the country raspberry is top of the charts flavor & i also love their strawberry, marionberry & blackberry! u can buy this at Whole Foods in Seattle & if you’re up north in Skagit or one of the islands, there are several outlets that sell all their flavors. one such very quaint place is Rexville Grocery between La Conner & Conway…

I had their ginger ice cream and cookies and cream. They were both extremely creamy and heavenly delicious! You find them at street fairs in Seattle area. Check out their website to see where they are going to be next. Can’t wait to try more flavors.

Had this ice cream at a little candy and ice cream shop on Nichols St. in Friday Harbor on San Juan Island this weekend. After a horrible ice cream experience down the hill, this was an incredible find. Among us(or between us?) we had Pecan Praline(smooth, butterscotchy goodness), Coffee(deep, creamy bean flavor), Coconut(tasty shreds of coconut in a not-too-sweet coconut cream), Mint Chip(not green! ’nuff said!), and Chocolate Chip(delicious French vanilla base, dark chips). Plus they let us «split» a small cone(two flavors in one big scoop). Great!

A friend turned us on to this ice cream telling us that it was one of the best local ice creameries around. We weren’t disappointed! THe ice cream is exceptionally rich, uses natural flavors and avoids artificial coloring, and tastes as if it has a high level ofbutterfat prized in gourmet ice creams. We went to a festival where their ice cream stand set up. The owner was nice about letting a sample several flavors and when we decided on our flavors, dished up very large scoops. One of us decided on cookies and cream and Heath toffee coffee crunch, two of my favorite ice creams ever! The cookies and cream had big chunks of Oreo cookies and the toffee coffee had excellent strong coffee flavor and plenty of crunchy toffee pieces. I got there Blackberry and strawberry blast. Apparently Blackberry is the most popular flavor, and therefore the strawberry. While both were delicious, I would have preferred more blackberries and strawberries in each as the flavor was not very strong. Still, they rank right up there with Molly Moon’s as far as gourmet ice cream in the area(and when it comes to the toffee coffee and cookies and cream I prefer Lopez Island creamery to MM’s). P. S. I was born and raised in Texas and I will say, although I may be excommunicated for doing so ;), this ice cream is hands-down better than Blue Bell!

As someone who is lactose intolerant, it takes a lot for me to want a pint of ice cream, but this is really good. I had it first at the San Juan County fair(I think). Lots of flavors, all flavorful. My favorite was the chocolate. The only thing I disagree with is their claim that their vanilla is the best ever, obviously they haven’t had Blue Bell ice cream from Texas.
