Rick recently inspected a home for us on Orcas Island. He took the time to call a week ahead of time and thoroughly explain the process and asked if there were any areas of concern on the property we’d like him to focus on. After the call I knew we had found the right inspector for the job. Due to the distance to the property we were not able to be onsite with him during the inspection, but he called during his ferry ride home to give us an update and the extremely thorough but clear written report was ready that afternoon. He found issues we never would have uncovered on our own and saved us a lot of money by identifying them for us prior to closing. I can highly recommend Rick to anyone looking to purchase a home in the San Juan Islands.

Great service! Inspector met us on a Saturday because we were coming from Portland. He was thorough and explained all of the items that he pointed out as potential problems. Since we had to pay for the ferry trip from Anacortes, it was a higher cost than inspectors in the islands but I think it was worth it. I’d hire them again.
