7-Eleven

If I could give this place no stars I would, unfortunately I can’t. This place is horrible. The clerk is rude and the service is awful. She Said they did not take the 7 eleven rewards in this location which is untrue because they have taken it before. Lack of good customer service will not be coming back again. Terrible service.

If I could give zero stars, I totally would! I ocassionally give in when I’m feeling too lazy to drive to the market for beer and come here. Although every single visit since living in the area has been a bad one, I refrained from bad mouthing this shit hole of a place. However, this last visit REALLY irked me on so many levels! The clerk was a total cunt and he couldn’t have been anymore rude if he even tried! Not once were we greeted, acknowledged, or even a simple «thank you» was said. It was just awkward the whole time from start to finish. No eye contact whatsoever, no «hello» or «thank you» was ever said, the clerk never told us the total, I had to look at the pin pad. If the middle eastern guy that was the clerk on Friday night around 7PM hates their job that bad, they should quit! Obviously I’m not the only one complaining how horrible the service is here. I mean he seemed just fine getting along with a fellow middle eastern customer before me. Somewhere in between that I don’t know what happened? I bet if I ran off with an 18 pack of beer, he’d acknowledge me! I’d rather take the drive and go to a proper market for my needs instead. I won’t be coming back to this store and contribute to keeping them in business, not when they treat customers like trash.

I went to this 711 today (i go nearly everyday not because i want to) the employee was nice. At first i was shocked, because they are ALWAYS rude. Never nice. Then i realized that it was hot? I was wearing shorts and a tank with my hair done pretty. Yea. Ok.

Want to be overcharged and treated like crap? Pop on in! Our super unfriendly staff will be ready to argue over prices, tell you we don’t have things that we actually do have, and care less when our soda machine isn’t working properly. If we are receiving a load, we will even pretend you don’t exist!
Seriously, I don’t expect much when I visit a 7 – 11, but I do not expect rude employees. If the owner cares in the least, they should really take a look at what’s going on here. Also, a pack of cookies says 2 for a dollar, so how does it ring up for 3.49? «It’s an old tag» he tells me. Well then take it down and honor the price! Where is the department of weights and measures when you need them?

Worst seven eleven ever. Really giving the name a bad image with their poor customer service and the food has been heated so many times it is hard as a rock on the bottom of the spicy chicken sandwich. I asked to use a bathroom and there is none for customers yet employees being a husband wife are the ones who work here. Typical Indian run business in Orange County. Boo!

Everything you want or need… at least your munchies and miscellaneous party supplies :)

Easy & quick stop for a snack or drink pick up before hitting Disneyland!!!
Parking is a bit challenging, but the employees are friendly.

Bum infested location. Chapman and haster is way cleaner and not crowded with tweaked out beggers

I used to come here three times a week to get that snack I was craving. What I never got ever again was there food or their fruit. The bananas were usually fresh but the apples must have been sitting on the shelf for days. Buyer beware.
Good: Convenient to where I was going.
Bad: Limited parking spots, so when it’s busy, you’re out of luck since there is no street parking.
FInal: If you need a snack, why not?
