The only reason I gave one star is because I’ve been here before and it is usually clean and suitable. However if there is ever an emergency then you are SOL. I put in a load and as the cycle began the machine was leaking water and there was no way to turn it off. I called both emergency numbers and no one answered. I kept on calling because of the severity of the issue and an hour back someone called back. It was 10:51 and the lady said she would be in at 1 pm to fix whatever issue. I let her know that it was unacceptable for many reasons. 1) no one plans to stay there longer than needed 2) there was NOONE around to help 3) the water leak was so bad that I had to warn people constantly to be careful because there was a spill. There were no wet signs or anything to put up. It could be VERY dangerous for elders and kids! 4) I would have to put in another load and their prices have gone up. So pretty much I had spent my $ 4 dollars and even more my time having to wait for the broken machine to end so I could take my clothes out to have to put it in another machine. I’m not the type of person to complain but it really is so unacceptable. The lady said she would then be in in 10 minutes and she never came nor called me back. If that’s not the worst service ever then I don’t know what is. Thankfully I was able to get my clothes washed but if a machine is broken and you can’t get your clothes out then good luck because there is no one on the property and even if you call the emergency numbers they won’t assist you.

Always clean. Some dryers were out of order, but they were marked with nice clear signs and there were PLENTY of dryers available. Price is reasonable. Nice carts, TVs, and a little area for kids to play. They have an attendant so it stays nice and someone can help if there is a problem. Great place if you have to use a laundry!
