FLAKES! Paint pealed and they scheduled to come back and repair problem several times but never show up! The woman running the show lies through her teeth. DONOT trust her word — it is worthless. They leave us no choice but to take them to court as now our bathroom tile has to be totally ripped out. You cannot buy the materials to do these repairs yourself.

TERRIBLE!!! This company is absolutely atrocious. We payed $ 300 to fix a tiny crack in the tub. 1 week later, 2 days after using it, the crack was back in the exact same place. We have scheduled 5 times for the repair with no one showing up and no phone call to let us know!!! We now have to file a claim against this company and luckily i have an attorney friend to help take them through small claims court.

I’m completely astounded by the previous reviews! My experience was the extreme opposite! The work was very clean, which was not easy because I had other work going on at the same time and All American Koating was the cleanest of them all! The reglaze completely transformed my bathrooms from that old, drab, beige fiberglass from the 80s to looking clean and new! I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reglaze!

awful awful awful!!! When I originally called the woman answering was johnny-on-the-spot to get me a guy to come over and redo my tub. Guy showed up and did an ok job but left drip marks on the side of the tub. Called office and the woman said it happens sometime and would send the guy back. She sat me up with an appt and when I called the night before to confirm she gave me a different day. I said whatever just let me know what day. She promised to call back. Never did and I have called and left 5 messages. LOSERSFLAKES I can see that they are not going to come back out… no customer service at all BEWARE

Sort of mixed reviews on this job. Twenty four year old acrylic tub & shower one-piece unit with just a few nicks, needed freshening up for my rental. I made the appt. 3 weeks in advance to insure the date and schedule tenant move-in. Called 1 week prior to verify I was still on their calendar and no delays. The day of the job, I was called and told they would be late, then later, then postponed until the next day. Despite my angst, things happen and their office person Sandy was very nice to deal with. Day of the job, the tech arrived and got to work with all the prep. Seemed to be going so slowly, but I wanted a good job so no worries. The job was quoted as 4 – 6 hours, well, it was more like 8 hours so plan accordingly. They used the Kott Koating, so bath is not usable for 72 hours after. After 4 days, I removed all the masking and re-installed all the plumbing fixtures and hardware. I don’t know if this was supposed to be part of the job, so you need to check if you want them to do it. This is where I saw that all that time had been a good investment. The surface where he filled some nicks and gouges was perfectly smooth. I didn’t find a spot of overspray on anything. He double masked the edges and walls by putting the good type of masking tape that releases without taking your paint off the walls up first then taping the paper masking to the first layer of tape. Nice work! His edge-masking was perfect. The coating is super glossy and looks pretty flawless at this point. I think the actual work was done very well and would recommend this company with the caveat that you may need flexibility in the timing and scheduling.
