Definitely not worth going to. Totally incompetent. I asked for a change in my policy and guess what, instead of changing the amount it was tripled. Tried calling and of course no answer yet. Leaving me damn mad, overdrawn at the bank, paying for a service I no longer want. Never will I do business with Allstate, especially if all of their reps are this incompetent.
