Most authentic Lebanese bakery in California. The décor and store is outdated and not well maintained but the hospitality of the stage, who are one family from Beirut Lebanon, makes you feel at home and well taken care of. I highly highly recommend it.

An awesome place with awesome environment, the people there remember their customers and are very friendly, I left my iPad there I called them up 2 days after I realized it was missing they told me they had it, they are honest people
As for their food I love their food, they have daily dishes if you can’t read Arabic I would recommend asking them what is the daily dishes they have
I would recommend Koshery awesome Egyptian dish for the veggie people
And try their shawarma sandwich it’s a die for
They bake their own bread and the bread enough is tasty !!!

I have eaten at Alwadee around a dozen times now. Every time continues to impress me. The family who owns the place is so nice and welcoming. They always greet with a smile. The food is great. They have my favorite hummus and falafel that I’ve had. The lahmbajin pie came as a recommendation from one of the owners and it never disappoints. If you’re looking for the best Middle Eastern/​Mediterranean food in the area, look no further.

The absolute best Mediterranean food in the area. Always so fresh and made exactly how I want it. I have been coming here for years, and I feel like part of the family.
They always take care of me and introduce me to new dishes.
The best chicken Tawook sandwich!!!
Always so juicy and full of flavor.
I love the pizza they make, all various toppings are yummy! Even the Nutella !
I highly advise trying to okra and lamb dish, so delicious over their fresh basmati rice.
Also they make amazing salads, too it off with tawook or spicy kafta.
PUT GARLIC SPREAD ON EVERYTHING!

I had the Chicken plate to go. It is supper fulfilling It comes with Chicken, house salad, yummy hummus, pitta bread and white rice. The only reason why I didn’t give this a 5 stars is the rice it had this really strong steamer flavor! The garlic butter side omg soooo good. Overall great place to have lunch!

Rarely ever give a 5, but will do here! I have been frequenting this area for over 10 years, never tried this place, and finally did and OMG!
Shish tawooq sandwich with fries amazing and filling

Those are my top three, u name it they have it!
This place has to be on the top ten places to eat in Anaheim! The Unilocal reviews are not doing it justice!
Owners may wanna vamp up the restrooms and seating area those have room to improve for sure!

I come to alwadee at least once a week. I love the family environment, your eating home cooked food quality. Makes you miss back home so much.
My favorite is molokheya with the chicken. And the Bashamel is off the hook.
The staff is really friendly they are all family.

The lady working behind the counter was super sweet and let us debate about what we wanted to order without rushing us. They’re open really late which was good because I came here with a friend after my night class that ended around 11 pm. The restaurant is pretty clean and when we came there weren’t too many people or anyone sketchy. They have a big TV but it was playing an Arabic show so it was entertaining for me to make up my own dialogue because I don’t speak Arabic.
Their food was fresh and pretty tasty so if I have another craving for Middle Eastern food I’m pretty sure I’ll come here.

Took the family out for dinner, and I’m glad we came here. With all of the choices available in Little Arabia, one place you gotta try is Al Wadee. Super fresh ingredients, friendly staff, clean atmosphere, and best of all FRESHLY BAKED PITA BREAD!!! Yum, yum!
